Our Approach

Projects are executed through multiple dimensions - Core Functions, Project Delivery Functions and External Influencers. Mastery in project execution field allows one to recognise and provide early tactical responses to signs of disruptive interaction between project layers. Our holistic approach, put simply, is to adapt the core functions to demands of external influencers and contractual conditions. Then take control of the core engineering function and drive the project forward through the effective interactions with delivery functions, to the satisfaction of External Influencers! Harish Tantry Director
Principal – Project Management
Harish is a passionate Engineer with over thirty-five years’ experience in the mining and metals industry across iron ore, copper, gold, coal, bauxite, lithium and rare earths commodities. His distinguished career includes management positions in global engineering companies where he has built strong engineering teams, systems and procedures. He is particularly skilled in bringing an execution focus to engineering, with holistic planning, technical leadership and designing systems and processes that optimise complex multi-discipline workflows. His unique steel delivery expertise has helped identify bottlenecks and successfully implement project recovery plans on major billion-dollar projects. Harish holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with post graduate qualifications in structural engineering, business administration, and a graduate diploma in project management.
Anil Ghorphade Associate Project Planning and Cost Control
Anil is an accomplished and innovative Project Controls Specialist over twenty-five years of project management experience in strategic Planning, Cost Control, Monitoring & Reporting. He has worked across Mineral and Resources sectors in brownfield and greenfield projects. He possesses extensive experience in both Operator and EPCM firms . Anil has expertise in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. He has a track record in establishing project metrics to monitor productivity and budgetary requirements to satisfy cost and schedule requirements. Anil holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with master’s in construction management. Anil provides Project Controls and Planning support to the business.
